What is sweeter than a mint and polka dot combo? It’s
girly and whimsical and I felt like skipping down the street when I wore this
blouse c/o of Proposals in the Heights. Mainly known for formal and bridal wear
as I’ve mentioned before, it’s now carrying cute tunics, blouses and
dresses for every day occasions. I tucked in the blouse for this post but it could also
be worn untucked - it's long enough to be a tunic. I can see myself wearing this with a pencil skirt for
the office too.
